1. How do I place an order?
First of all - click on the item you wish to purchase, select desired quantity then add it to your shopping cart by clicking "ADD TO CART". Then just open your shopping cart - find it on the top right corner of the page. Press "Checkout". On the checkout page fill your personal information and preferred shipment method and pay for the order with your credit card or PayPal. Please, make sure you complete all the steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.
2. How to know that my order is complete?
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct.

3. When will my order be shipped and how long must I wait to receive it?
We strive to ship out all orders immediately. As soon as possible for us. We know exactly how important for our customers fast shipping is it. The delivery time depends on where your order is being sent. Because we ship out all orders worldwide and the delivery time is always different. If you are in Europa - the delivery time will be probably 3-6 working days. If you are located in some other part of the world maybe you must wait a little bit more like 7-25 working days. 4. Where I must wait my product to be delivered?
Usually the package is delivered to the shipping address entered when you fill your shipment info - here in the website. However sometimes is possible the packages to be delivered in some access points near your shipping address. So please take your watch from the access point.

6. How I can pay my order?
You can pay with PayPal or by some credit / debit card like Visa, MasterCard etc.
7. Do I need to pay any other taxes or fees?
Usually NO. You pay only the price of the wristwatch. For the countries - part of the EU there should be no additional fees and taxes with sure. Some of the NON-EU countries have their own laws. Sometimes is possible to have some additional taxes for NON-EU countries, but in most common case- the answer is NO, because of the wristwatch value.
